About 4-H Biotech Games

University of Connecticut Extension and biotechnology experts collaborated with the Learning Games Lab at New Mexico State University to develop two games on biotechnology. The University of Connecticut (UConn) 4-H program offered a program where youth engaged in learning about biotechnology, took field trips, and met with researchers. The youth then pitched game ideas based on their experiences. The Learning Games Lab design professionals created a game based on those ideas, and youth took a role in idea generation, feedback, and promoting the game.
